My Ears Don't Hurt Anymore

My name is Corey Weaver and I am a busy four year old. My job is to keep everyone guessing what I will say or do next. About 2 years ago I started having ear aches for a couple of months, so my mom took me to our Family Doctor. The Doctor said I needed tubes in my ears. My Gamma Avery sent me to see Dr. Schneider. Dr. Schneider said he could fix me up.

When my ears hurt, I don’t play or eat much. I like to lay down on the tile floor and put my ears to the floor. The cool floor made my ears feel better.

My ears don’t hurt anymore! I play and eat like every other four year old. My Gamma Tucker, who watches me during the day, knows right away when I need to come back to see Dr. Schneider. I go to swimming classes at the YMCA twice a week.

 I don’t even have to wear ear plugs or a silly bathing cap anymore!I won’t lose any of my hearing by coming to see Dr. Schneider. With tubes I may have lost some of my hearing. I like coming here to visit, everyone is nice.
